Kendra also had her pups. They were born on August 16.  There is 7 tri-colored pups. 4 girl, 3 boys. They are also ready for reservation. If interested, call or text 931-698-9719. Here is a quick pic of them. I will take individual pics when they get a little older.

 

 

 

Waitin' on the new arrivals!

We are excited to annouce that we have 3 new litters on the way.  There will be tri-colored, probably some lemon pups, and possably some chocolate pups.   Here are pics of the pairs of dams and sires.  



First up we have Penny and Sam. Sam is the patriarch of all the beagles and never fails to dissapoint me with the best beagle pups around! Penny is my beagle that produced the rare chocolate pups. She has also had tri-colored and lemon pups, so her litter is always a suprise. 

 

 

 

 

Next we have Molly and Cowboy. Molly is a beautifully marked small beagle. She is always the best momma! Cowboy is the newest member of the pack. He is a lemon beagle so there should be lemons in this litter.

 

 

 

Last but not least we have Kendra and Copper. Copper is the son of Sam and Molly and is perfect according to beagle standards. He also has awesome markings and has the best personality to boot! Kendra is the one beagle I have that looks a little different. She has more of the "hunting" beagle look  than the "show" beagle look. I have never done this breeding before so I am excited about what the outcome will be.

Long Time No See

I know, I know, it's been a while since I posted.  Things have been slow around Dixie Hills Kennels lately with no new pups. All that is going to change, though, here in about 2 months.  If all goes as expected, we will have 3 new litters around the middle/end of July.  Each of these are from different pairs of parents and I am excited about each one. When I get the chance, I will be posting pictures of the pairs.  I will leave you today with a video clip of Dusty.  He is the only pup I have left.  Dusty is the most laid-back beagle pup you will ever see. Dusty and Mandy

Dusty is a male tri-colored 12 week old pup.  I can say that he is, with out a doubt, the sweetest pup I have ever had from a litter. He loves to be held and cuddled and will just lay on his back in your lap. He is a teddy bear!  He has 2 different people that wanted him but backed out for one reason or another that had nothing to do with him. Whoever gets this pup will have an awesome beagle!

 

 

 

 

Mandy is Dusty's sister. She is also a tri-colored 12-week old pup.  Mandy was the pup in the litter that was always getting picked on.  She is shy and quiet but she will love you once she gets to know you.  She is sensitive and listens well. Always eager to please, a firm word is all she needs to know she is doing something unacceptable.  Mandy would be a great addition to your family and I think would thrive with more passive companions than her brothers and sisters. :-)
